At Electrify, we operate as a fully remote workforce with a team that spans more than twenty countries and nationalities, bringing together diverse perspectives and fostering innovation. While we thrive virtually day-to-day, we recognise the benefits of face-to-face interaction.

Twice a year, we host two-day off sites, bringing our teams together in person to meet, engage, and discuss specific topics. These gatherings go beyond ordinary meetings; they facilitate productive conversations that shape our vision for the year ahead.

Our recent destination, Croatia, provided a great setting for this year's theme: our values. It offered an opportunity to reinforce our core values with the teams and guide our discussions.

As team members arrived, there was a noticeable energy. Greetings quickly led to exchanges of ideas, demonstrating the effectiveness of in-person collaboration. Our creator panel and breakout subgroups allowed us to tap into our collective expertise, encouraging cross-channel collaboration and revealing new insights.

With three new creator businesses joining us in the past 6 months, we saw our growth reflected in both familiar faces and new connections - marking a significant step as we look ahead to another year of progress.

Returning to our respective locations, we feel a renewed sense of purpose. Our offsite reminded us that while technology enables our global operations, human interaction enhances our creativity and drives our success. It showed that distance doesn't hinder collaboration, innovation, and shared values. Our annual offsite reflects the strength of our global team and the potential that emerges when diverse minds unite with a common purpose - this year, our values.
